Quotations
- Quotations are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
- Quotations are subject to site survey and final confirmation.
- Equipment availability and manufacturer price changes may affect quotations.
Customer Responsibilities
- Provide safe access to the property.
- Obtain landlord, management company or freeholder permissions where required.
- Ensure a suitable electrical supply is available for installation.
- Inform us of any concealed services, asbestos or structural concerns.
Installation Works
Installation dates are estimated and may be affected by weather, supplier delays, site conditions or circumstances beyond our control.
Additional work identified during installation may require a revised quotation before proceeding.
Payment Terms
- A deposit may be required before equipment is ordered.
- Final payment is due immediately upon completion unless agreed otherwise in writing.
- Ownership of equipment remains with Home Climate Systems until full payment has been received.
Cancellation Rights
Consumers may have cancellation rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
Where equipment has been specially ordered or work has commenced, cancellation charges may apply.
F-Gas Compliance
All refrigerant handling activities will be undertaken by suitably qualified personnel in accordance with applicable F-Gas regulations.
Liability
Home Climate Systems shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from delays, equipment failure or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability where such exclusion would be unlawful.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
